Japan Engineering is committed to contributing to the progress of a sustainable society through the development, design, and manufacturing of semiconductor test systems and mechatronics, and customer service related activities. In addition, based on our fundamental position of "Care for Our Planet" and as a company trusted by our society, all JEC employees actively participate in the following environmental conservation efforts:

Waste Reduction
We work on reducing the amount of end-disposal through reduction, recycling and utilization of waste, with the aim of promoting a recycling society.
Green Procurement
Our intention is to reduce environmental impact at all stages of production activities, including that caused by component suppliers and assembly and processing companies, so as to create eco-friendly products. In communication with our business partners, we give consideration to the environmental aspects in addition to quality, cost and delivery throughout the whole process of production, including the purchasing of components and materials.
Social Contributions
Contributing to society with plastic bottle caps
At JEC, we collect plastic bottle caps separately within the company. These collected caps are sent to the NPO who purchases vaccines using the profit of the sold plastic caps, and sends to children in need of vaccines in developing countries.
Contributing to society with used stamps
At JEC, we collect together used stamps and used prepaid cards within the company, and exchange these for money through the NGO Japanese Organization for International Cooperation in Family Planning (JOICFP), and this money is used to buy household necessities and clothes which are sent to people in developing countries to help improve their lives.
